We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The location by the river was stunning, and we loved the spacious chalets. The rustic fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Teresa, who made sure we settled in comfortably. We also appreciated the clean environment and extra towels for our dogs after their fun swims.
