the cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. The location is fantastic, situated down a quiet street yet close to all the vibrant nightlife and restaurants. The pool area was a highlight, complete with a swim-up bar, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.

The location was perfect, being very close to Legian Street and just a short distance from Kuta Beach. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options each morning, which offered a great variety and excellent service. The pool area was beautifully maintained, providing a lovely retreat from the heat.
