The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lifts. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the onsen. Having a convenience store at the entrance was super convenient.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, appreciating the cleanliness of our room and the lovely balcony it featured. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the lifts and runs, making our skiing adventures a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, which enhanced our experience. we absolutely loved the onsen; it provided a delightful traditional Japanese bathing experience after a long day on the slopes.
