This hotel exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and staff service. The accommodations were immaculate, and I consistently found the staff, including Saul and Manny, to be attentive and friendly. I especially loved lounging on the beach beds by the beach bar, as I managed to secure one for three of the five days we stayed. the hotel went above and beyond by providing continued service even after we departed, which truly made our experience feel exceptional.

Breakfast options were plentiful, and we especially appreciated the excellent service from the reception team in the World Cafe Restaurant as well as the Water Sports Center team, who made our experience even more enjoyable.
