I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, as the location was perfect—close to Lake Shore Drive and the Magnificent Mile. The staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were impressive, with clean and spacious rooms, and I appreciated having easy parking available. You can't beat the atmosphere, which felt both chic and welcoming.
