The hotel was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed the friendly staff who were always helpful. The location is excellent, just minutes from the town centre, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants. Plus, the parking facilities were convenient.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, appreciating its excellent city centre location that made our trips to Alton Towers very convenient. The hotel offered free parking on-site, which was a great bonus, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The reception area was cozy, adorned with beautiful artwork, and our room provided useful amenities like a hairdryer and iron, making it easy to prepare for our event.

Parking was plentiful, allowing us to leave our car all day on check-out day, which was a huge plus for our group.
