We had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The location was perfect, putting us within walking distance of many attractions. The staff, especially Mai, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel at home. The breakfast provided was more than sufficient, and we loved the free beer night on Mondays. Tour bookings were seamless, with Mai organizing amazing trips for us to Sapa and Ha Long Bay at great prices.
