The friendly staff made me feel welcome and were always eager to assist with any requests. the hotel facilities were impressive, notably the heated indoor pool and sauna, which provided a perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the slopes and the nearby gondola, allowing for quick and convenient travel to the ski lifts.
