The location was fantastic, with easy access to local shops and attractions just a short walk away. The communication with the staff was seamless, making our experience even more enjoyable. the warm and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect retreat during the colder months.

I really loved the location of the hotel, as it was just a minute's walk to the Co-op and close to the market and lakeside. The cleanliness was impressive, with everything neat and tidy upon arrival. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere, especially during winter, and the well-equipped kitchen was ideal for preparing meals. The welcome pack with tea and biscuits was a thoughtful touch, and access to a nearby spa was a fantastic bonus that added to my relaxing experience.

I loved the hotel’s excellent location, as it allowed me to easily explore the charming streets and access nearby amenities within minutes. The facilities were great, with everything I needed to feel at home, including a washing machine and ample storage space.
