We loved the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty options that satisfied our cravings.

The staff, especially during evenings in the reception area, were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed at all times. We also loved the location, as it was conveniently near the city center and within a short distance from the old market for shopping.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Mr Michael made our check-in smooth and welcoming. During our time at the pool, Mamdouh and Kirolos were always supportive and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
