I loved how the hotel was only a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, making it really convenient to explore the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The cleanliness stood out, and the hotel facilities, like the pool and spa, were fantastic. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk to the night market and old town quarter. The staff were exceptional, with Mr Minh, Mr Manh, and Mr Hu being particularly helpful. The facilities were impressive, including a huge pool and a rooftop infinity pool. Breakfast offered a great variety of Vietnamese and Western options.
